We've only played 5 league matches and the forums are already dead. If we don't keep this going the league will probably die. Comment/like if you are still check on here for anything other than if the server is up.

You do bring up a good point, it has been quiet lately. I had a hectic weekend and didn't get to play much. That being said I'm in for the long haul, I love this game

That's what I like to hear Greg... I've been having a blast in this league and the hours I wasted on here would haunt me if it folds so soon. I'm committed to keeping this league strong/trying to recruit more if you guys all are.

I would indeed like to see this continue. I have always wanted to play multiplayer, but none of my friends play this game. They think it's too "boring". It irritates me so much, they just don't understand all of the nuances of this game. In the U.S. few people truly enjoy soccer (or football depending on where you live), so it's a crying shame. I think soccer is easily the greatest sport on Earth (however curling does give it a run for the money). I do know that if people tried this game they would get addicted. Everyone enjoys fifa more because you play the games instead of simming, but as we very well know you lose a lot of the strategy that soccer actually involves, and actually playing against other people is a battle of minds so to speak. TL;DR Football manager 13 is freaking amazing and more people should play it

One of my good friends plays FM13 but he only has the demo and refuses to pay more than 10$ for it. He says he will gladly take Bolton if the price drops or they have another sale.

I love FM's method of games. Honestly, at a certain point I get tired of actually playing matches as a full team in FIFA, and as John can tell, I'm not that good. Manager mode is fun, but not in depth enough. FM is honestly perfect, and classic mode is great for a balance between the insane attention to detail in the full version, and the incredible simplicity of FIFA.
